The 10th floor

 I checked into the hotel. 

My room is in the 10th floor and the elevator took me there in less than 3 seconds!

All buildings around the hotel are tall.

The city is big, not enormous but big enough.

I noticed I haven't been in a big city and in a higher than 4 story building in a very long time.

Suddenly every thing is under my feet, at least for a night.

It rained a little as I was driving here.

This is my favorite time of year. Cool weather, fresh grass, partly cloudy days.
